Health Plans are required to provide annual Cultural Competency by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

Model of Care

PROVIDER OFFICE STAFF ADVISORY COMMITTEE

�� First invites in-network Medicaid providers to join our quarterly Provider Office Staff Advisory Committee (POSAC) meetings.
